If you contact us by email or by phone, we process the data you provide (such as name, organisation, email address and message) solely to handle your enquiry. Our email is provided by Google (Google Workspace).
3. Booking a conversation (Calendly)
To schedule appointments we use Calendly, provided by Calendly LLC (USA), embedded on this website. When you use the booking function, the data you enter (such as name, email address and selected time) is processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy. Calendly may set cookies for this purpose.
4. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). When you visit the site, technical data such as IP address, browser type, date and time of access are processed automatically to deliver the website securely and reliably.
5. Cookies and analytics
We do not use analytics or advertising tracking. Cookies may be set only by the embedded Calendly booking service described above.
6. Disclosure abroad
Netlify, Calendly and Google may process data in the USA or other countries. Where these countries do not offer an adequate level of data protection, the transfer is based on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
