I work alongside management teams through business transformations — as advisor, as coach, and, when it moves things faster, in a temporary hands-on role. I help set the direction and operating model for the change, coach the leaders carrying it, and step in to drive the critical phases myself. Active venture partnership
Through In8ight I take selective minority positions in Swiss and European digital ventures where I can add direct value — in markets I understand, alongside people I trust. I am an investor who takes a role: advisor, board member, or operating partner. I back evergreen businesses with early profitability and durable differentiation, not capital-hungry moonshots. Selectivity is the point: a handful of ventures, each with real attention.
